Something in the last set of updates partially fixed this problem for
me, however, firefox still immediately segfaults if I try to open it on
my second monitor.  See:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/139095.  I'm not
sure if there's any relation between the two.  Firefox is now able to
start without a problem on my primary display.
