[Bug 138166] Firefox - Page Up/Page Down Key Not Working When Blinking Cursor Is On

Here's how to reproduce:

(1) Go to the following page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_software

(2) Press the Page Down key (Page Dn / PageDown / PageDn). This does not
work at all.

(3) Left click somewhere in the text. Now the blinking cursor is on.

(4) Press the Page Down key several times. This gets stuck at the middle of the page.
(The cursor is at the "中文" link on the left hand side column)

(5) Go to the bottom of the page and left click somewhere in the text.

(6) Press the Page Up key (PageUp). This does not work either. I can see
it's trying to move up though...
