Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

firefox 2.0.0.6+1-0ubuntu1

Crashes on leaving certain websites:

steps to reproduce:
   open www.fide.com
   open another tab
close tab with www.fide.com / click any link on the www.fide.com site

Crash message:
The program 'Gecko' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadShmSeg (invalid shared segment parameter)'.
  (Details: serial 34 error_code 153 request_code 142 minor_code 2)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

Installed Plugins:
    libflash-mozplugin.so
    totem
    mozplugger

    although these are disabled via
plugin.disable_full_page_plugin_for_types

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
