[Bug 137429] Problem loading page

Binary package hint: firefox

I was trying to log onto www.fqrnt.gouv.qc.ca, and Firefox says that the
connection was reset while the page was loading. I don't know how to fix
this, and the page works fine when I try to access it using IceWeasel.
