[Bug 137209] Menus don't work properly during and after full screen mode.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Some of the menus work during full screen mode, and others don't. Which
ones don't work varies. On coming out of full screen mode, the same
menus still don't work.

Clicking on the menus when not in full screen mode, the word is
highlighted, but the menu doesn't appear.

This occurs in Windows and in Linux.

If I remember the keyboard shortcut (e.g. alt+T -> A for add-ons) then
that still seems to work.
