[Bug 156615] sound notification does not allow to specify a custom wav file

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Following the next steps:

1) Edit  Preferences
2) General tab
3) Section When new messages arrive
4) Check button: play a sound
5) Select option: use the following sound file
6) Push Browse button and nothing happens. A window for selecting a new file
    should appear, but this is not the case.
