[Bug 156255] horizontal scrollbar is missing even when it is needed (may be only in Picasa Web Albums)

In picasa web albums some pictures on the right side of the page are
half visible and I cannot find the horizontal scrollbar to drag. Is it a
picasaweb problem?

I am using ubuntu 7.10, Firefox version 2.0.0.6. Screen resolution:
800x600
