No it is not DNS problem.
All web sites ping fine, including google - 64.233.187.00 :) (not only ping, and whois and many others commands), and the moment before update all was also perfect.
Opera doesn't work too.
Only links (text browser) visits any web site.

The error FF shows me is smth like "I can not establish connection for too long".
I try to reinstall FF, but no effect, but still I can visit only ubuntu.com

So I am really confuse.
Do you need any my config files?

Maybe it's a DNS problem. Try ping google.com and see if you get it's
 ip
address.
