I want to add a thing: the problem is not related to images (in the
sense of .gif .jpeg .png...) but also for things that appear, and do
not move during scrolling. an example of this is when in gmail, you
open the first post of a very long series of emails with the same
subject: at bottom right there is a small box with the name of the
sender of the following email. here's a screenshot.
