[Bug 153143] Mouse wheel doesn't work in Google Maps

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox

Visit maps.google.com. Hover over the map that comes up. Scroll up on
the mouse wheel. Nothing happens. Similarly scrolling down doesn't work.
Zooming the map using the +/- buttons and slider on the map works fine.
This used to work until a few months ago.

The wheel works fine to scroll web pages up and down.
