[Bug 137209] Re: Menus don't work properly during and after full screen mode.

I have clearer answer as to when the bug occurs.

It seems that if I try to open a menu while in full screen mode (e.g. by
pressing Alt+F) then nothing happens; I then come out of full screen mode,
but that menu will be the one that does not display, while the other menus
operate normally.
