Successfully fixing in Russia by helping ppl to adapt to Ubuntu and fix
essential incompatibilities.

Already convinced one of my customers to completely move to Ubuntu. He, in turn convinced 4 ppl in his city and so on..
Word-of mouth and consistent p2p help seem to be the best ways to eliminate the bug.
