[Bug 172530] Firefox hangs on TFL PDF tube map launch

When I try to view the "Tube, DLR, Trams and Train Travelcard zones Map"
PDF document from the Transport for London website (page
http://www.tfl.gov.uk/gettingaround/1108.aspx), Firefox hangs and must
be killed and restarted.
