[Bug 164050] Iceape "forgets" it have nspluginwrapper and flash plugin

I use Xubuntu 7.10 64-bit and Iceape (Debian for Mozilla Seamonkey)
browser.

Everything is fine, except Browser/nspluginwrapper/flash plugin sometimes "forget" to play flash content on the page.
It happens when Iceape is used for a while with multiple windows and tabs .
And even it previously works, flash stops to work on pages after a while.
If I restart program, flash works again.. till it stops again.

I also use Noscript with Iceape and flash is enabled for pages
that i usually visit.
