The same problem I have with Kubuntu  7.10 in combination with
Thunderbird. The Thunderbird version that came with the Kubuntu 7.10
distribution is 2.0.06. Now, the version 2.0.09. is relevant. So,
several dictionary spell-check ad-ons cannot be installed any more
because they are related to newer versions of Thunderbird. Nor do I
manage to directly install Thunderbird 2.0.0.9. for Linux.
