This is a good place, if you're not sure where to find out about it, as someone like me should come along and point you in a direction :)
I think they're going to stick with Seamonkey, not sure why they moved to Iceape (*guessing* possibly somebody not fast enough to change the uploads from Debian...) but there we go. 
If you find that site again, post the link here, and I'll check it out. If I can replicate it, I'll send them an email asking them to fix it pretty please ;)
