[Bug 162017] If greyscale printing is default under Gnome, selecting "Colour" in Firefox does not override this

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

If I set the Gnome default printing style to greyscale, it is impossible
to get a colour print from firefox, i.e. If greyscale printing is
default under Gnome, selecting "Colour" in Firefox does not override
this.

This is not the same as bugs #37281 and #24689, but would be fixed if
they were also fixed.
