Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Ubuntu 7.10
Firefox 2.0.0.8
Evolution 2.12.0

Received search results from eBay in Evolution with links to web pages.

example of copied link:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170167553924&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:AU:1123

Click on link, Firefox accepts link from Evolution whether already
opened or not.

Resulting page reports the listing as

This Listing Is Unavailable
This listing () has been removed or is no longer available. Please make sure you entered the right item number.
If the listing was removed by eBay, consider it cancelled. Note: Listings that have ended more than 90 days ago will no longer appear on eBay.

Modifying the URL to

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170167553924&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:AU:1123

by removing two (2) instances of 'amp;' and it then works correctly.

This behavior has only been seen since upgrading to Ubuntu 7.10
