[Bug 161020] Firefox RSS browser displayed in all desktops in compiz-fusion

When running firefox in gutsy gibbons and you open up an RSS feed from
the bookmark toolbar and go into the compiz wall, the RSS feed drop down
shows up on all virtual desktops.
