[Bug 70194] Suggested fix

I believe I have spotted the reason for this problems in the files
"Toolbar.png" and "Toolbar-small.png" located in the "browser"
directories of the human.jar, tango.jar and tangerine.jar archives. For
some reason, the bookmark icon in line #4 in these files is shifted to
the left. This fourth line is also completely lacking the history icon.

Suggested fix:
Edit these png files so that the bookmark icon will be in the correct column. Add an appropriate icon in the history column. While some highlighting would be nice, even simply copying the non-active icons would be an improvement compared with the current situation.
