[Bug 160529] downloading extensions from https://addons.mozilla.org doesn't start immediately

Binary package hint: firefox

When I download extensions from this site, or then updating extensions from it, the downloading process does not start immediately. It waits some time, about a minute and more, and then it begins. It is also happens with Opera 9.24, Epiphany 2.20.1. But wget downloads it without any delay.
