[Bug 149044] [7.10 beta] no stylesheet for default firefox page if installed on kubuntu

after a fresh install of kubuntu-7.10-beta I also added the firefox
package.  Installation went fine but there is no default stylesheet as
there is in the gnome standard desktop.  see attached screenshot below.
