[Bug 159843] Header fields overlaps in Print Preview dialog

The bug causes that header fields to overlap in "Print Preview" dialog
as shown below:

I'm a quite happy user of Ubuntu 7.10 with pl_PL locale set. Thundebird's version is 2.0.0.6.
However, I checked and this bug occurs also when other locales are set (even English one).
