[Bug 92207] Re: konqueror and firefox freeze when closing a tab with a flash animation

In my expirence, it not only freezes konqueror, but it causes the entire
system to become unresponsive and uses 100% cpu.  It may be flash's
fault, but we should make sure that a program like flash cannot hog the
entire system like that.
