Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

(This happened a while ago so this information I'm not completely sure
about its accuracy)

I believe that the last time I was running firefox, I had tried to view
a movie with the VLC plugin. If I recall properly, the movie played but
the rest of firefox became completely unresponsive.
