[Bug 115630] nsBuildID.h missing from firefox-dev on gutsy

Binary package hint: firefox-dev

The file /usr/include/firefox/nsBuildID.h is missing from the latest
version of firefox-dev in gutsy.  I currently build a custom version of
the kazehakase web browser (to base it on firefox-dev rather than
libxul-dev) and the lack of this file causes it not to compile.

When I manually copied the version of nsBuildID.h from the firefox-
dev_2.0.0.3+1-0ubuntu2 package to /usr/include/firefox, the build
proceeded as normal.
