My RAM is ok, 11 passes.
Besides I've got Windows XP in dual boot and it works fine under heavy load (gaming).

Actually I followed ATI Binary driver howto from wiki and I guess aticonfig tool added thise lines to my xorg.conf.
Is there anything wrong with it?
