[Bug 114819] printer HP 5150 fails to print as print preview

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

After viewing print preview of web page in portrait, printer prints as landscape but misses part of information on page.
If re-set page set up to landscape printer then misses most of information.
If page set-up is in landscape first then error is similar to for portrait start as above re-setting page to portrait misses most of information
Using postscript alternative gives similar results
(This also occurred in 6.06 but was livable)
Although default for printer is A4 in Ubuntu, Firefox initially decides that 'letter' is default

(NB while reporting this earlier tried to get Print Preview and Firefox
crashed- maybe not relevant to this problem but interesting)
