That happens to me too! To reproduce on Feisty:

- Open Firefox
- Help -> Report a Bug..

- It will open a page stating

"File Not Found

Firefox can't find the file at
/home/dexter/"https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+filebug/gLx1zUoLTZUYRth2OQK0gg4DSl5?"."

JavaScript error console reports two errors related to the bug:

1. Error: uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method
Location.toString

2. Error: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x804b000a [nsIURIFixup.createFixupURI]"  nsresult: "0x804b000a (<unknown>)"  location: "JS frame :: file:///usr/lib/firefox/components/nsBrowserContentHandler.js :: resolveURIInternal :: line 99"  data: no]
