[Bug 23369] Re: firefox(-gnome-support) should get proxy from gconf

According to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=195708 (which
seems the correct upstream bug for this) the bug has been marked
"RESOLVED FIXED" and not "REJECTED". Any reason why it has been marked
this way?
