I've got the same problem since I've purged libnss3 because a recent upgrade of evolution dropped the last dependency I had upon it.
The only CAs appearing in firefox's certificates store are those I've manually added (cacert.org, ripe.net).
If I reinstall libnss3, everything work fine.
