[Bug 29012] Re: Downloads dialog box is blank

I had the same problem but I took a punt and deleted (actually renamed)
the downloads.rdf file and it worked. FF creates a new file and off it
goes.

I'm running Feisty and FF 2.0.0.3

I tried to open the file first but gedit couldn't work out the character
coding so I suspected it was faulty. I would have attached the deleted
one but who knows what it would reveal about me ;)
