orizantal and vertical scroll bar doesn't go at the end, they stop here
like in the screenshot, this is the opposite problem that we have in
thunderbird with Edgy, probably in one case he expect to not have double
arrow and this case (Feisty) thinks to have and they doesn't exist.

my progress bars style is polyester, that in other applications has
double arrow, so I think this is a bug in gtk under QT to understand
what they should draw.
