[Bug 97647] Unable to organize bookmarks in firefox bookmark bar

The following issue occurs when using both Fiesty Fawn Beta and Edgy
Eft. Using Firefox 2.0.0.3. I am unable to drag and drop bookmarks from
within the bookmark toolbar to reorganize the bookmarks. Organizing
bookmarks from within the bookmarks organizer works fine, I simply
cannot move bookmarks using the bookmarks toolbar. Clean installs of
both Fiesty Beta and Edgy Eft were used, as well as extentionless, fresh
installs of Firefox.
