It does not happen with a new/blank profile...

No themes but the default Firefox theme... but many extensions installed ! After disabling all of them, then reactivating one by one, my assumption is that ColorZilla Extension (http://www.iosart.com/firefox/colorzilla/) caused the crash...
It has been removed for now, and I will continue to use my regular profile a couple of days in order to confirm...

I'll be back ! ;-)
