[Bug 89114] Firefox fails to report an error when print-to-file fails

Firefox browser shows no warning or alert if someone tries to print-to-
file and the write fails.

To reproduce;

open a page in the browser
choose file-> print
check "print to file"
Click Print button
set file name (e.g foo.ps)
Browse to a folder you do not have write permissions on
click "save"
progress bar will go by but no file is written and no warning/error is given.
