[Bug 120466] Re: Right-clicking in any toolbar menu opens the page context menu.

I can confirm that this happens since the latest update. (2.0.0.4,
Feisty).  Right-clicking on any toolbar or extension widget brings up
the context menu for that particular element but then the page context
menu covers it up.  Clicking outside the menu closes the page context
menu only, while the element's context menu remains until one presses
"esc"/switches windows/chooses an option.
