Using a 32 bit system. If it works for you, it must be something I am doing wrong, however, I really don't see what I am doing wrong.
1. Went to youtube.com and opened a video
2. it did not play as expected
3. uninstalled gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg AND gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly to see if easy-codec-install works properly.
4. clicked on video to play it, and the dialog popped up, tried to install and got the above error as listed in the screenshot.
5. video failed to play.

mozilla-plugin-gnash:
  Installed: 0.8.0~cvs20070611.1016-1ubuntu2
gnash:
  Installed: 0.8.0~cvs20070611.1016-1ubuntu2
flashplugin-nonfree:
  Installed: (none)
(all the same packages as you.)

I do also have the gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly from multiverse also
installed, going to try to uninstall that and give it a go again, don't
see how that would cause any problem, but I don't really see any other
way to go about this.
