[Bug 96400] Re: Release notes link in Firefox menu is broken

Would we rather it point to ubuntu release notes? The complaint was that
it was pointing there but is missing from the website. I will talk to
Alexander and see if he wants it to point to ubuntu or mozilla. since
its firefox release notes i assumed mozilla site was right.
