Hello AllesMeins, and sorry for this late answer.

We are trying to sort this issue and would like to know if this still
happens.

"Apport showing up" was disabled by default, you should search for
crashes at /var/crash. If after a new crash there isn't a report we
(you) can retrace the crash on the fly ([1]).

If this is still an issue, and you have time for helping, we need a step
by step test case to reproduce the issue, and a new crash report (please
submit it to [2]) to retrace it with debug symbols.

AllesMeins, any help on this would be very appreciated.
