I had my FlashBlock extension stop functioning after the upgrade to
2.0.0.5.

Fixed it by Enabling Javascript in Edit>Preferences>Content>Enable
JavaScript

It seems that the update disabled the JavaScript by default, a lot of
extensions rely on JavaScript to properly function.
