[Bug 126917] With many tabs open, requesting print preview causes instant crash

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Main window has 176 tabs open. A second window has two tabs open. A
third window (a printer-friendly "new window" without address bar) is
only one tab

Tab 173 is two pages long. I attempted a print preview before printing
in order to see how best to print duplex. Firefox crashed without
warning and without generating a backtrace.

Restored previous session and attempted to open print preview again.
Reproduced same immediate crash.

Restored session again and printed same page without using preview.
Print succeeded routinely.
