Thanks for you report, but this doesn't seem like a bug but rather a
problem on your installation or that website. Please answer the
following two questions on order to be able to decide about this:

 - How did you install the plugin? flashplugin-nonfree in Synaptic, or
another way? (Which?)

 - Do you have this issue with all flash movies? (check in YouTube, for
example)
