[Bug 124365] Re: Iceape-Browser: Theme setting reverts on restart

After browsing through the debian bug report #405748, I decided to repeat the procedure,
this time keeping track of chrome.rdf as well.

After step 1 (creating the profile), the profile does not contain any
chrome.rdf at all.

After step 2 (starting the browser with the new profile for the first time), the attached chrome.rdf
exists in the profile.

None of the following steps modify the contents of chrome.rdf in any way.  Notably, there are
no mentions of c:selectedSkin, or indeed Skin anything.
