[Bug 124365] Theme setting reverts on restart

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: iceape-browser

When selecting the theme "Modern" in the preferences and restarting iceape, I get the
modern theme as exepected.  However, the next time the browser is started, the theme
has reverted to the classic one, and no trace of any skin settings can any longer be found in prefs.js.
