I also see this in gutsy if i understand what you are saying. I will add
a testcase and a tag for testers let me know if the testcase is what you
mean.

  Even if a menu such as the bookmarks menu is covering a portion of the
  page, right clicking on that portion of the page will open the menus of
  both the bookmarks menu and the page.
  
  Also, doing something that closes context menus, such as clicking
  somewhere on the page, will only close the context menu of the page,
  leaving the one from the bookmarks menu still open until you click one
  of the options.
