[Bug 123368] firefox does not render CSS correctly

checking one of my websites http://members.cox.net/ralphrj/smokies/ I
noticed that Firefox is not rendering the CSS correctly. I opened the
same site with Opera and it displays fine. Firefox displays this site
correctly when run within MS Windows.
