   We can try a few things here. You can attempt to email me the crash report at gnomefreak at ubuntu.com.

Or you can copy the file into a newly created folder and cd into the
folder and run mkdir parts. thank in the dir where the _usr_lib.....
file is run "apport-unpack _usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash
parts" without the " and than attach each file in the directory "parts"

Or you can try copying it to say home dir. right click and create
archive. (might not make it all that much smaller.

example for choice #2
mkdir bug86238 <enter>
cd bug86238 <enter>
mkdir parts <enter>
cp /var/crash/_usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash ~/bug86238 <enter>
apport-unpack _usr_lib_firefox_firefox-bin.1000.crash parts <enter>

When thats done attach all the files in ~/bug86238/parts/
