No I was not doing something unusual...only surfing with firefox. I was opening windows without flash movies, only pictures. I was just using Amarok in the same time.
But after that firefox 2.0 crashed the first time, I have tried to send the bug report. So opened firefox a new time, and it crashed again after a few minutes, and again...

There was something strange I had never saw before, I think taht it was
coming from beryl: when firefox crashed, the window turn into "grey
tranparency" (like a grey and transparent layer in front of firefox).
But maybe that this is a functionnality of beryl for non-responding
windows.

I am using Beryl 0.1.9999 (the one on deb http://ubuntu.beryl-project.org edgy main
deb-src http://ubuntu.beryl-project.org edgy main 2 days ago).

Good luck for the debugging, I have nothing special to help you to find where the bug is coming from. I only hope that you have understood everything that I've written (english is not my mother tongue... :p
