[Bug 86961] Firefox crashes when not restarting following installation of a new extension

Public bug reported:

Occurred twice in a row (Image Zoom 2.7.0, and Show IP - I think.

After downloading and installing an Add-on (extension), I am prompted to
restart firefox (fine), however if I cancel (or close) the window and
try to continue browsing and adding extensions, Firefox crashes
immediately.

Firefox automatically then restarts.

A bug report is generated (but I don't know how to attach - this is my forst report!).
I am using Ubuntu 6.10 in Safe Gnome mode (I have a problem with dbus - daemon?, which may be related - but when I started adding Extensions today I was able to add MANY, though I don't recall closing the add-on window)
